Montgomery County Animal Rescue and Shelter in Red Oak, Iowa will be housing displaced pets from flooding for Loess Hills Humane Society, located in Mills County Iowa,  starting June 9th.  Volunteer opportunities will be available starting June 13.  These opportunities include walking dogs, attending cats, cleaning kennels and cages, laundry and numerous other activities.  If you would like to volunteer, please print and complete the volunteer application at the bottom of page one.  Our shelter building is located at 103 South Broadway in Red Oak.

Micro-chip and vaccination clinic on June 11 at Pamida in Red Oak from 2:00 - 4:00  Cost of chips are $25, which includes registration.  Vaccinations are $15
