SNAP Guidelines
You must be a resident of the following Iowa Counties - Adams, Cass, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery or Page.
Maximum of two $40 certificates/household/year.
Animals must not have been altered previous to application - No exceptions!
Income Guidelines will only be used when SNAP funds are low.
Speak with your vet regarding payment - We will pay clinics directly unless other arrangements have been made. If you are responsible for entire bill, we will reimburse you when completed certificate is returned.
NO SNAP FUNDS WILL BE DISBURSED UNTIL CERTIFICATES HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND SURGERIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
